Chapter Activities are conducted primarily for the benefit of HOG chapter members. There are three categories of activities, all activities are identified as follows:
1. Closed Events are those chapter events which are open to chapter 2. Member Events are events that are open only to HOG members.
3. Open Events are those chapter events which are open to chapter
Chapter Meetings - Mark your calendar for the third Wednesday of each month at 7:30 p.m. Stone Mountain H.O.G.® Chapter 0805 monthly meeting. These meetings are held each month at the Charlie Broome building located behind Stone Mountain Harley-Davidson and Baranco Pontiac. Formal Dinner Ride ialways the Saturday following our chapter meeting. We meet at the dealership at a predetermined time. Sign-up sheets should be available at the monthly meeting. Please sign-up if you plan to attend so we can notify the restaurant of our planned number ahead of time. The ride will go to a restaurant where we can enjoy the company of our fellow club members. These rides are also led by Road Captains. Informal Rides are a way to meet up with fellow SMHOG members during the week and on Saturdays and Sundays (see below).
Informal "Impromptu" Ride Every Wednesday -meet at the dealership 6:30 p.m., depart @ 7 p.m. Decide where you and the group want to go eat, then ride and enjoy. NOTE: These Impromptu rides are not led by road captains. These rides are dependent on turnout, so if you're the only one to show, be sure to go ahead and ride and have fun anyway!
Informal "Impromptu" Ride Every Saturday and Sunday - Decide where you and the group want to go, then ride and enjoy.
